In order to start doing business you must register a company in Estonia.
Today it is possible to register a company using e-Residency card within a day! All you require is
internet access, e-Residency card and about an hour of free time. Our employees will support
the whole procedure using remote access.

The e-Residency package includes:

• e-Residency card;
• 2 pin codes. The first is required to access the system. The second is used to digitally sign documents.

The digital signature is equal to the one on paper.
Once the application is signed and presented to the Commercial registry of Estonia, the
company will be registered within 24 hours!
We note that if your company will have several owners and management board members,
then every company participant needs to have the e-Residency card. Once the company is
registered, you will have access to the Commercial registry 24/7! You will always be able to
download the necessary company documents (articles of association, printout from the
registry), make changes to the company data and sign other documents that you require.
